How do I place an order?
First we’re going to say thank you for trusting Toniyah Made It Crochet Boutique to create your custom design! Next we’re going to discuss your creation in deeper details like the color(s), and stitching. Our Boutique will then send you an email with your invoice, we prefer to leave the invoice open for 7 days, making it no rush to submit your payment. When you send us your email, please let us know if you’d like to make a full payment or pay by deposit. Deposits are half of your order total and go towards gathering materials and supplies. Once it’s been processed, we will send our size charts and measurements guide or you can send us YOUR tailored measurements for a more customized design!
Orders can be placed in several different ways. Purchases can be made directly on our website, through our "Contact Us" form, or our email. We prefer not to us direct messages because they sometimes get lost over time.
How long does it take to crochet?
The amount of time it takes to complete a piece vaires. Smaller items such as a ruffle hat take approximately 3.5 hours to create while gowns and dresses on the other hand may make take well over 10+ hours.
Can you make this?
When sending images and videos of other inspirational art, please keep in mind that all crocheters, designers, and artist, have their own unique flare. While we can do our best to create almost anything you truly desire, we also respect that ever piece may not be the exact same way that someone else has created it, especially when it's our first time.
We do our best to make sure that every piece is beautifully handcrafted, and also keep you updated throughout the entire creation process. With real time photos and videos of your design, you're able to see how it is coming to life and if you'd like to add any other altercations or adjustments. It is our job to make sure you love your piece before we ship them to their new home. we thank you so much for trusting us to do so!

Where do you ship to?
We ship to a variety of regions all around the globe including India, United Kingdom, Canada, and many more. Packages are most commonly shipped using USPS as our primary carrier. Most orders in the US are received within 2-5 business days after they are given to the carrier although this varies depending on your region.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes about 2-5 business days although this varies depending on your area. If you're located out of the U.S. please anticipate longer shipping times.

What if I need my order faster?
If you need your items sooner than later, we offer a rush service for a small fee of $25 which must be paid with your initial deposit. Please order rush service items using our "Contact Us" form to ensure we are able to meet your timeline requirements.

Throughout the order creation process, we do our best to send updates showcasing your items before they are complete. This helps us make ensure all creations are coming out to your liking. Some orders may begin with a mockup before the final creation process begins. We will do our best to ensure your order meets your standards and expectations before it is finalized, packaged, and shipped.
